How Sweet ...

From WashingtonPost.com
"Love is in the Air, or
Bush Urges Saudis to Boost Oil Production":
". . . Bush gave Saudi Arabia's de facto ruler a warm embrace and a kiss on both cheeks in welcome. Bush kept a firm, guiding grip on his guest's hand as they walked up the path, past a field of bluebonnets that the president took care to point out . . ."
The pictures of them holding hands reminded me of the Shiny Happy People montage in Fahrenheit 9/11.

How Sweet,

If you follow the Washington Post link now you don't get the same article. The wording is slightly changed to omit the handholding:
"Bush greeted Abdullah with a warm handshake and traditional kisses on both cheeks, before slowly leading the 81-year-old Saudi leader up a walkway lined with Texas bluebonnets and into the meeting in an office at his ranch."
Much less evocative. Much less lovey-dovey.
