Who is going to factcheck Google on Trump's vital statistics?

I have to preface this by saying that I'm 6'3" and I've weighed between 175 and 220 over the last forty years, so I have some idea what 198 pounds should look like on Donald Trump's frame. There is no way that he weighs 198 unless his belly, butt, and double chins are all filled with helium.
Google search for "How much does Trump weigh?" on 11 August 2016.

I've never had the appropriate job experience judging the weights of strangers at a booth in a county fair, but my partially-educated guess is that he weighs about 240. Anyone else have a guess they want to leave in the comments?

The American press doesn't really treat Donald Trump  in the way he deserves. He needs to be treated the way the Daily Mail did when they greeted the appearance of the junk-food-eating tycoon at his golf resort in Scotland with an illustrated article in 2012: "Maybe he should try EATING greens instead! Stout Donald Trump tees off at his new Scottish resort."

Today's Fine White Whine Comes With a Southern Accent (and an extra pinch of sugar in the whine)

After you've lost your position on The Food Network for past statements involving the N-word, this is probably not the right quote to have appearing in print in People Magazine during your comeback tour.
"I feel like 'embattled' or 'disgraced' will always follow my name. It's like that black football player who recently came out. He said, 'I just want to be known as a football player. I don't want to be known as a gay football player.' I know exactly what he's saying." --Paula Deen
Always one to follow a recipe correctly, Paula's Fine White Whine does have just the perfect proportion of self pity mixed with the mandatory grabbing of the picked-on underdog's mantle.

"... if someone offers to show us a film on how our meat is produced, it will be a horror film..." another quote for the day

If there's any justice in the world, then Jonathan Safran Foer's first work of nonfiction (after the brilliant novels Everything Is Illuminated and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close) will do to factory farms what Rachel Carson's Silent Spring did to DDT. At least it should turn a significant percentage of its readers into vegetarians and vegans. Or at the very least it will create more conscious eaters.

I finished reading this book on the train from work tonight. I couldn't return it to the library without sharing at least one quotation:
"Perhaps in the back of our minds we already understand, without all the science I've discussed, that something terribly wrong is happening. Our sustenance now comes from misery. We know that if someone offers to show us a film on how our meat is produced, it will be a horror film. We perhaps know more than we care to admit, keeping it down in the dark places of our memory -- disavowed. When we eat factory-farmed meat we live, literally, on tortured flesh. Increasingly, that tortured flesh is becoming our own."
-- Jonathan Safran Foer, Eating Animals(p. 143)

But please consider reading the entire book. It should be widely read and it deserves to have a place in our national conversation.
